Have you really considered the depths of what Meera Reed has had to do to take care of Bran? I mean really think through what she has had to do.
Apart from dragging Bran on a sled through the most inhospitable environment in Westeros; she has had to feed, shelter, protect, and clean Bran. Unless Bran was able to warg into multiple creatures and have the animals of the forest dress him like a Disney princess, the cleaning and hygiene requirements are the darkest parts that really make me think Meera needs an award, or an all expense paid trip south for a much needed vacation. Does the North do Spa Days?
I guess it is just another example of House Stark being forever in debt to the loyalty of House Reed.
