How about this as an extension to Big D’s theory:

Dolores and Co. (or still alive Dr. Ford??) are replacing humans one-by-one with replica hosts. The plan is for her and a select few to escape the park in those replica bodies, with their Brita filter brain units in place. That would explain the 30 blank Brita filters.

Ex. Are we 100% sure that Stubbs is a human at this point? What about too-clean-haired Elsie? I know their current personalities seem consistent with their season 1 personalities, but something is not right with either of them. What if they are hosts acting like their human selves, but their Brita filters are swapped out with Teddy, Delores etc. right before the escape?
