How interesting that William sent Logan off naked on a horse, then in his delirium, Logan talked to Akecheta about the door. Akecheta in turn spoke of the door to Ford, who then named the game that is meant for William “The Door”. So, you can say that through a twist of fate, William started the dominos tumbling that named his own game.
