The puzzle pieces in my mind spun and re-locked into a new position.

Dammit, I only had to hear it a hundred effing times. But I finally got it.

At least I was on the barely right track with my “future AI simulating their ancient culture” path I was on.

But I finally feel certain of one thing:

“Upgrade!”

“… Easter egg”

“One more word and I’ll cut your throat. Understand? This is my fucking vacation.”

“It’s a game.”
“It’s a game.”
“It’s a GAME.”

Not worrying about timelines, Arnold, “Geographical” location, future seasons. None of it. Not right now. Feels good.

All the “rules of the world” questions are so much easier to answer in this light, i.e.: “Why did Maeve find a bullet fragment inside her?”

And Memory Manipulation is going to explain most of the timeline/flashback/linear questions.
It’s also a bit refreshing to know that Some guests feel so completely uninhibited because not only is it “just a game” to them, it is not physically occurring anywhere. The “real-ness” of the technology is so advanced it seems like magic to us.

Still lots a excellent questions to be answered, feel like I’m still on the right track about Ford’s motivations and the “purpose of the Park.” – Kerry
