Why does the man in black not have a broken arm anymore when he wakes up after the massacre? Delores very clearly broke his arm and he was unable to use it last time we saw him. Maybe he was killed at the end of season 1 and replaced with a host, programmed to follow Fords final narrative. Just a thought!
