Guys big fan of the show. My buddy is also and he thinks he solved it.
Ford is not colluding with the board, here’s why:
Hector was spying on an gathering intel between Theresa and the head of the board. It (not a human) passed gave the information to Ford. This is how he knew the term blood sacrifice’.
This is why he laughed in Theresa’s face before he had Bernard kill her and said the board won’t be an issue.
My addition, he is not building a new Theresa, or Elise, but rather a new head of the board.
