Some Thoughts On The Finale…..

Hey Guys,

I for one loved season 2 and thought it did a great job on expanding the story of Westworld despite a few annoyances….storm trooper shooting from Q.A etc

The questions I have and would love your feedback on centre around the other parks.

We know the …er I’m gonna call it “reveries infection” spread to at least Shogan World and Raj World. So, what about those Hosts? Do they not get a “Valley Beyond”? Did Ford only care about the WW Hosts? Were the likes of Delores, Bernard, Teddy et al the only Hosts to achieve …..’Awakeness’?? I feel like other worlds feel irrelevant at the moment but the fact they showed them must mean something right?

Williams Fidelity Test post credits scene – this seems to be set in the future…..faaaarrr in the future..do you think this is a world where the Hosts/AI has taken over and a robo-philosopical argument is going on to determine humanity’s value and ongoing existence is playing out? The episode showed that humanity is a slave to it’s ‘code’. Maybe the fidelity tests William is going through is to try and prove that Humanity can break this base code?

Keep up the good work guys and keep the faith. I loved Season 2 and feel that come the end of the show we will look back at it as a necessary if somewhat confusing season.
