Steampunk Junk

Umm, actually… I was too busy grammar Nazi-ing to notice that Judd’s wife is not, in fact, Jean Smart. But they do kind of look alike. So… good for Francis Fisher?

Anyhow, is it just me, or did this episode seem like it was airlifted via disembodied steampunk magnet from a different show and dropped by Captain Blue Schlong into the show that we’ve come to know and love for two episodes? That the introduction of #therealfakesilkspectre would shake things up was inevitable, but IMHO episode 3 straight up smoke-monstered the tone and genre of the series to this point.

Here’s hoping they’re able to pull it off.
