Hi All, A short question this week. Given the significance placed on knowing what one is throughout the series, how might this apply to Rehoboam? For instance, I am thinking of the way the Alpha 60 sentient supercomputer talks in Jean-Luc Godard’s 1965 movie Alphaville (which, along with Chris Marker’s...
Hello, It’s really interesting that they have given Aaron Paul’s character the name “Caleb.” Not just because it means dog/loyal in Hebrew, but because of the story of Caleb in the Old Testament. I think the writers might be dropping some clues about some of Caleb’s other virtues and what...
Good afternoon/early evening – Questions, Comments, Concerns; – Big D’s timeline/Ashley’s point: Caleb did not re-up with the army. He was out of the army when Francis dies. Shat Crew: I really enjoyed your recent Deep Dive about the latest episode of Westworld, episode 4. In particular, I thought your conversation about how a twin or an exact copy of yourself may not act or react the same way as you was FASCINATING. Identity and self-awareness are thematic...
Hey Guys, First the fun stuff. Dick I have to think you’re onto something with the timeline theory. Now, I haven’t had time to invest in going back and forth fleshing it out BUT I may have found a shred of proof. In E3 we see Delores talking Charlotte off...
Hi again (sorry to write twice on 1 telegraph). A quick thought/theory. Evan Rachel Wood was asked which is her favorite episode of this season & answered “ep 7”. (Without elaborating, of course.) I see the title of that episode is “Passed Pawn”. As an old chess player, it is...
