Love the podcast!

There’s a lost line that has trouble with me since episode one of season three. Near the end of the episode, host Martin Connells says to real Martin as he is about to kill him “Don’t worry. I can’t imagine anyone’s gonna miss you.” These are the exact words real Martin says to Dolores earlier in the episode as he attempts to kill her to Pulp Play’s Common People. How could host Martin know what real Martin said? If he and Dolores share one consciousness, that would make sense, but there’s no indication of that in other interactions between the Dolorie. In episode four we see Martin communicating with her with an implied ear communications device (not shown on screen) indicating her friends have arrived earlier than expected and he has eyes on Liam.

It might be said that host Martin is saying what real Martin would say when he kills someone but, how often is how is Martin killing people? It doesn’t seem to be part of his usual responsibilities. So, what’s up with that?
