Hey Guys,

First time emailer, and honestly I started the pod just this season, so I wonder if what I am thinking is something that you have already theorized on pods from other seasons.

1. Symbolizm

There is the seven pointed symbols that look a lot like the Targaryen sigil. And there is a circle symbol that was in the first episode when the nights watch found all the butchered bodies. That circle looks very similar to the circle necklace that Sansa has been wearing in both episodes of season 8. Is this showing that the First Men consisted of ancient Targaryens and Starks.

Which means the night king might have the blood of the dragon in his blood which would mean that dragon fire would not burn him. In Episode 5 of season 6 “The Door,” the children start a fire to keep the wights from entering. The Night King walks through the fire and the fire goes out when he does.

2. Tyrion is a Targaryen

Lets look at the signs. The most obvious being that both Jon Snow and Tyrion killed thier mothers in child birth. Lyanna Stark had Jon Snow with Raeghar. Joanna Lannister was taken captive by the Targaryens and could have produced either through rape or another twist is that she could have willingly gotten with a Targaryen. This could mean that if it is true that he is a Targaryen he would be oldest and could be the actual next in line to be the king of the 7 kingdoms.

Another sign would be that he is a Targaryen is that in Season 6, Episode 2 Tyrion frees the dragons from thier chains. In this episode the dragons sniff Tyrion and then let him because they can smell blood of the dragon in him. Much like how the dragons sniffed Jon Snow and then accepted him.

Another reason why he might win the throne is because Daenerys is protecting him from the upcoming battle. Instead of using every man who has battle experience, they are going to protect him in this upcoming battle.

3. Arya is not scared

The original trailer shows her looking scared in the beginning and running through what looks like the halls of winterfell already bloodied. I believe like many have pointed out from the foreshadowing that the crypts are where no one should be. In the preview of episode 3 Daenerys says that the dead are already here. I don’t believe she is talking about the dead outside the wall. I think she is talking about how the Night King is reanimating the dead starks to breach the walls from the inside. I believe Arya is running to the Crypts to help out.

4. The Night King dies in this upcoming Episode

Now this is a long shot or it is already something we should know by now. There are 6 episodes this season. The first 2 have been about things leading up to the biggest battle in production history. I believe episode 4 will be the aftermath and 5 will be the foreshaddowing that will lead up to the take down of Cersei. The fact we havent seen Cersei in episode 2 makes me thing that they will make it 2 separate battles.

OR

While the Night Kings Lieutenants are seen in episode 3 that are lining up outside of Winterfell, we didn’t see the Night King and the dragon. Maybe he split his armys. And he is going to Kings Landing to burn down Kinds Landing and in doing so would take away the route of retreat for the living.

Those are my thoughts. Hope this wasnt a boring ramble to you.
