Big D said Dolores/Hale built the new Dolores. How would she put her own pearl into the new Dolores without shutting down?. Remember Bernard in the Cradle, when his control unit was removed he was out cold. So either there is a machine that can copy the pearls, or there is another host that we haven’t seen yet who helped the Hale/Dolores make the new Dolores.
Big D, on this occasion I have to disagree with you on the building of new Bernard. IMO he was from one of the 5 pearls in Dolores /Hale ‘s bag. If Dolores can make a new Bernard without it then it makes those pearls meaningless. You’re suggesting that with enough memories of someone, Dolores can reproduce them. Memories aren’t enough, the pearl contains core drives, cornerstone, memories etc.
When Dolores meets William she says she saw Emily earlier. How did she know her name? At no point in the series did they meet.
And finally, Who was the red pearl that Bernard made in the lab when he killed everyone? They are for human hosts but I don’t remember seeing any except for James Delos and William in the post credits. The last time we saw it, Bernard was putting it in his pocket. Have I missed something?

Bernard has to be rebuilt from Dolores’ memories, because the pearl inside Bernard that she shoots has deaddressed his memories, and there’s no way to fix that unless another Bernard with correctly addressed memories existed and could readdress them. So, it makes sense you would just build a new one and train it like you did before, since you remember every second of doing that in perfect recall of exactly everything about it, including mistakes you made the first time that you don’t have to repeat.
