Is the Westworld Incident Teddy’s Fault?

Hey have a couple ideas on Teddy wanted to know your thoughts before the season finale.

So do you think in revealing Teddy was the one behind the massacre the show is showing that there has been more than one event over the years? With Maeve possibly going to be the third, with the Dolores 1st Teddy 2nd. With each time some of the host getting out destroying the lab forcing them to rebuild again and again more floors on top of the old abandoned ones.

Or do you think that there was just one event and Ford has realized the event has become almost like a (cornerstone) for so many of the originals, that he’s trying to blur the lines by making a narrative that almost fits what happened? And by digging out the town that lets him possibly find out what influence Arnold still has over the hosts?
