Hey guys,

I’ve been listening to your podcast since episode 2 and I can’t believe we’re gonna have to wait until 2018 to get into the routine you’ve established this season. Hearing everyone’s thoughts and predictions as we all discover this universe has been really interesting and I’m going to miss it.

I was casually rewatching the finale, when I noticed something :[Images intégrées 1]

The piece of paper Felix gives to Maeve has her daughter’s location written on it.

location
” Park 1 ” ?!

If westworld is the only world/park, why on earth would they specifically say Park 1? If I only had one baby for example I wouldn’t need to say it’s baby 1. It just seems so obvious, I’m sure someone has mentioned it already.

On another note, [RANT STARTING] I can’t be the only one who doesnt feel anything when Dolores in on screen … I know the whole point is that she’s a robot of sorts and doesn’t really … Feel, kinda.

But her appearances are always the ones i like the least.
Her whole story, and character developement still fall flat for me. In the finale, William being MIB should have been earth shattering for her but really she seemed more dumbfounded than anything else. If I were to find out that the person I thought was the love of my life was my jailer and torturer for all this time I’d be devastated.

Just imagine the betrayal, the hurt, the shock, the anger… For a second, if you’ve ever been betrayed by some you loved, remember what that felt like… All I read from Dolores here is : pain, sort of ; that turns into a cold rage as she tells him why shes cries; that turns into Terminator teritory, and then in the arms of Teddy. Is this lack of complexity due to the fact that she is in Ford’s last narrative ? Isnt the whole point of this her being “Alive” ? I think I’m reading too much into this. But I had to get it off my chest ! [END OF RANT]

Anyway, thanks guys for the content you’ve been consistently putting up, it’s been a pleasure experiencing this first season with you. I’m looking forward to watching season 2 with you and seeing the content you’ll produce during the wait.

A bientôt !
