Thoughts On Bunker
While I did enjoy the episode, the one thing that eats at me and feels like a rest-con was the idea of Charlotte’s bunker.
Last season, Ford basically referred to himself as the god of his world. He was building his own secret parts. The idea that Ford would not be aware of an un-authorized bunker seems completely outside his character. I was also surprised the bunker didn’t out Bernard. He’s a host, in an area that Ford that I assume Ford was not involved in, and therefore not part of Bernard’s reality. I would think it would look like nothing to him.
I also am curious how they’ll explain Stubbs’ return and not “Poe Dameron” it with one line saying “Oh I got away.”

Episode 2 seems to suggest William and Delos had plans outside of Ford’s realm. Even the greatest innovators can be overpowered by the corporations that fund them.
