Tyrion is playing devils advocate with Cersei. When he guessed she was pregnant, his old traditions and importance of his house and legacy came flooding back to him along with the guilt of Tommen and Marcella. Figuring Dany can’t have kids, he is banking on the Lannister bloodline. Therefore, the look on his face while outside the door of Daneyres is a look of guilt and remorse for betraying them because he didn’t factor in Jon as a possible breach in that prophecy. Thanks
