Westworld Predictions

Hey folks,

It’s fun listening to ya, but still much more fun watching westworld. Just a couple predictions and thoughts. First Im fairly sure William was a doctor before he met Logan or at least he did something in medical science, not much evidence to support this just think i know the future, been sayin it since the first season. Second, I think Arnolds son was real and he was either the first person to be experimented on to be put into a host, but something went wrong and they either had to give up or his mind is still somewhere in the park. Maeve’s daughter will probably be in a new body and older, I think she will find her but will ultimately decide it best for her to stay and continue whatever she is doing effectively breaking her cornerstone at the same time.

I also think ford is pulling the Future world thing where he replaces important people with hosts but only if the park judges them as bad they get to go through rehabilitation by putting them in host bodies to punish them appropriately, then hosts with copied bodies go out in the real world to help people who need it rather than war and domination. Mirrors and glass cups have something to do with how people enter the park, notice when William goes on the train in season 1, there is a mirror at the bar and hes given a drink. Also Mr. Delos spends some time looking in the mirror and he too is given a drink from William. Also remember what broke in fords hand before Delores put that last thing through his mind, might just be me seeing patterns, but thought id point it out. In shogun world monks will probably fulfill a similar role as the Ghost nation, probably with themes congruent to Shintoism and Buddhism vs the ghost nation religion and Christianity in Westworld.

Hosts are started in parks set in chaotic times of our past so they can more easily learn how to deal with the real world and the hosts who become sentient like Maeve and Delores who can get out and help in whatever region their park is most similar to, this way the hosts will be familiar with the real world and its history in a way not even the people are. I kinda hope they end it all with the robot skeleton of Delores still alive but sitting on a chair alone in a barren wasteland. Again fun podcast, keep it up.
