What is the purpose of locking Phil the tech in the exploding locomotive? Won’t Dolores need him in order to repair her father once she and her team get him back?
Also, considering that she has already showed a little uncertainty about the changes that she has imposed on Teddy, would she not need Phil to make further adjustments to him, or, indeed, to make changes to any other host?
