Seems like it takes place in two different cities. There is the more gritty one that we see Aaron Paul working in (next to a robot no less) and the shiny one with flying transports. This second city seems to be where Aaron Paul is using his phone to select a crime. I am calling it now, that is Future World. It would make sense as it is an homage to the movies where Future World is created to “fix” the problems with the first park. My guess is Aaron Paul visits Future World as an escape but as he says in the clip he longs for something authentic. That is when he finds Evan Rachel Wood in the real world.
