The first thing we see is Teddy riding the train into Westworld.
We see him bump Grizzly Adams then the sheriff tried to recruit him then he walks into the bar. He talks to Clem. Then he sees Dolores and he picks up the can…etc…etc.
Next episode we see William do exactly the same thing I thought that was clear very early. William helped Dolores break her loop and then Ford wipes her memory.
Ford then creates Teddy to keep her in her loop.
