Just a day after watching episode 7, I finally convinced my wife to start watching Westworld. During episode 2, black suit Bernard is interviewing a clothed Delores in a location we’ve never seen before — except that like I said, I’ve just watched episode 7 and I absolutely recognize the location as Ford’s secret lab. So either Bernard is guiding Delores’ development on Ford’s orders, or a second character played by Jeffrey Wright is guiding Delores on hs own.

As for idle theories, I like the idea that the Man in Black doesn’t know he’s a host — the maze is not for him because he’s *already* conscious and self-aware. Dunno if it’s right, but it’s interesting.
