Don’t let the others hate on you for being the fan favorite!

As a fellow infantryman with dyslexia, I can assure you that the hate you feel from your co-hosts is just their jealousy of not being able to see the world the same way. Or maybe they just aren’t as woke as they like to think they are as they shit on a member of a protected class (veteran) with a disability (dyslexia)! Where is the shame bell from GoT? Ha!

I appreciate your struggle as I also can’t correctly spell “freinds”, or most words, without auto-correct. Even in Iraq and Afghanistan I had to make games similar to your Rehoboam jingle for me to remember conversational Arabic and Poshtu. Our brains are special places, full of more important thoughts, and can be bothered to be cluttered up with words and fancy spellings. Right? Just try to get Ash and Gene to understand what our mothers told us growing up: we are special. 😉

Keep it up, Big D! I appreciate what you ALL are doing but it makes me smile bigger when I hear my similarities with Big D. It is comforting to know that I wasn’t the only dyslexic guy running around in combat misspelling acronyms and butchering local languages! Luckily for us we have gotten older and no longer serve, so our brains only have to process the civilian world in which we are currently raising daughters. Sometimes I miss war…

As for the rest of you, shame! Just kidding! Ash, I married a gal from Houston and she made me a Texans fan, so I am always interested but often disappointed in the city you live in. Gene, your unbridled enthusiasm for music and drugs reminds me of my good friend from Iran, so I believe your whole Persian thing despite your living in Arizona thing.

Regardless of Big D’s fan status, y’all have gotten some great reps in this season and you should be proud to know that you will each exit this pandemic better than you entered it, and you have the podcast to prove it!

I am looking forward to a few more weeks of the show and the podcast.
