The Maze Is a Topographic Map of Mesa Gold
Hello Boys,
Let me begin by saying that Dolores should really be spelled with an extra “e”. Well, I guess I’m the asshole. Good catch, Rog. However, I stand by my theory that the Maze is a Topographic Map of Mesa Gold. The man in the “middle” of that symbol is in the shape of the Vitruvian Man. All of the hosts are given the Milk Bath in the same position.
The map represents the ultimate level in the game. As Big D pointed out last week, the ultimate level for a host would be sentience or real life. The access point to real life is through the Maze and the access point to the real world is through Mesa Gold.
We are watching several attempts at navigating the Maze:
- Dolores with William and Logan, the Incident Time Period. Host with assistance of humans
- Man in Black/Teddy Road Show- Host with assistance of Hosts
Dolores Solo Quest- Host with assistance from Bicameral Mind (Bernard) - Maeve- Host with no assistance.
- The hosts are able to find and solve the Maze with various levels of success with less and less help.
I still believe that Bernard is Arnold and will end up in the photo of Ford and his father, in the right third of the frame. He just can’t see it, similar to DOlores in episode one with Abernathy’s photo.
Wanted to get this in before the next episode. By the way stop adding mixers to your drinks, the tattoo should be your logo, and Rog only listens to one out of every three theories you guys discuss. Part of his charm.
Keep killing it.
