Oops, Second Attempt, The Question

OMG! So, when Dolores asks MIB at the end of S3E4, “Ask me the question, William. The answer you so desperately want to know.”

He answers, “Am I real?”

This is a callback/reveal/answer to a S1E1 mystery.

It is the question that Peter Abernathy refers to, when saying to his daughter Dolores…

“A question you’re not supposed to ask…and an answer you’re not supposed to know. Would you like to know the question?”

He doesn’t get to finish his thought, but it is literally THE QUESTION of Westworld…
