I no longer believe there is any way possible all of the events are taking place in the same time line.

I don’t even believe that the show runners are trying to hide this fact. Most obvious clue is the Westworld symbol. When Logan and William get off the monorail and go up the escalators there is a large Westworld symbol which is clearly not the new symbol we see for example during the presentation of the new narrative that Ford turns down. We also see this old symbol in a flashback while doctor ford is explaining to Bernard about Arnold in episode 3.

A technician in flashback is scene wearing a white lab coat with the old symbol. There can be no doubt that William and Logan are in a time perhaps 30 years in the past. Now is William the Man in Black? Well not sure but chances are very high. The MiB seems to have been through a lot and the William story line is the beginning of it all. The most recent obvious clue about two time frames is Lawrence being shown as El Lazo immediately after being hung to die. He clearly isn’t being moved to a new narrative he is in the past in an old narrative with William which is why the man in black knows him well.

His character was planned and no way they could have known MiB was going to kill Lawrence for them to use in another narrative. My biggest question is the little boy. Why is a boy robot running around. What does he symbolize??? What all of this means is very unclear. At some point Delores most cause a rebellion and then she is wiped clean only in the present her memories are once again coming back.

My theory is ford and Arnold are the same person or Arnold was Ford’s creation or maybe even Ford was Arnold’s creation but we do seem to have evidence that Ford has aged.

Last point is the meetings Deloris and Bernard are having are very strange. Why are they meeting in a old basement looking room while typically they meet in the new modern rooms with all glass walls. Is this basement room in the past maybe or a secret location. But how should Bernard getting a host out by himself with no one knowing.

Way too many questions and hopefully we will someday get answers. But guessing is what makes it fun to watch. Keep up the good work and keep being honest. We are all allowed to hate an episode from time to time. Lost was my favorite show but plenty of episode drove me nuts! –Mike
