I too was perplexed with the “Theodore” line on Sunday’s episode. But I assumed I just wasn’t paying attention and missed something. After hearing your discussion on the podcast I started thinking…the first time we saw Teddy on the train in episode 1, we thought he was human.

What if in that time period he was human? What if he offered his DNA as an experiment and a deal for a lifetime membership? We have never seen Teddy on the train again.

Also, the scene where we see MIB dragging Delores away could have happened in the same time period that he stabbed Maeve and shot her child. His visit to gauge how evil he could be in life.
