I’m having a few issues with the timeline that no amount of reading/listening/watching has answered for me:

1- how did Teddy get to the VB? When did he kill himself?

2- Over the course of the show, mainly Season 2, have we seen anything happening in the park post Halores leaving park?

3- When MIB is on the stretcher is his hand blown off? Why was it blown off in the end credits scene?
