Westworld – Disney Is Evil

One thing that stuck out to me on the episode was Ashley’s comparison of Delos to Disney. As you know, Disney put out its new streaming service, Disney+, last year. One of the original shows for the platform is The Imagineering Story – a show about the development of the Disney parks (which, if you’re interested in theme parks as a business is extremely interesting, if not a bit biased). Each episode, the intro credits are a bit different based on the park that the episode focuses on, but the overall theme is the same – I felt that it had a serious Westworld vibe and, apparently, was not the only one.
