Hi Shat team,

On the most recent telegraph, Gene elaborated on a hypothesis that Cerac was always an AI that “partnered” with Liam’s dad to create Rehoboam, much like the duo of Bernard and Robert Ford. Gene suggested that Solomon, Rehoboam’s predecessor, may have had the idea to create it’s successor.

I just wanted to point out that this same idea was used by the great Douglas Adams in the Hitchhiker books. Deep Thought knew it didn’t have the capacity to formulate the Ultimate Question to life, the universe and everything and so began planning its successor, the ultimate supercomputer called Earth.

Keep up the great work, folks. I can’t fully express how much I enjoy all your podcasts. You’ve somehow come up with a magical formula, with all your regular and guest hosts, of people with very distinctive tastes and personalities who somehow mesh together in a sum much greater than the components. Gene, Roger, Big D, Ashley, King B, and Kerry, all your hard work and introspection is much appreciated, especially while we’re living in the days of the pandemic.
