Westworld Theories: The Five Control Units.

Hello crew,

Loved this finale. But before addressing the identity of the pearls/control units I want to talk about where the hosts were sent and it was not “in space”. Dolores simply redirected the signal to a different satellite(a non Delos owned one) to send the data to another server. As this was Ford’s master plan, he obviously built a dedicated server for them. Likely named Eden.

As for the fives: Obviously, Peter Abernathy(he’s the key). Bernard as she rebuilt him. Angela, for her loyalty and also because she travelled between both worlds and acted as an ambassador. She likely occupies Hales body after Dolores rebuilt herself. I assume a backup was in the Forge. Karl Strand, she showed great interest in his profile in the Forge library and would make sense to control a high profile member of the Delos company. And the last one, Theresa. As Ford cruelly asked Bernard to murder her, it would make sense to bring her back and make her a companion for him.

Teddy was on my short list. But because we see him in Eden and Dolores likely don’t want to repeat the mistake of making him again a fish out of water, they likely won’t be reunited for a while. As for the MIB and Ford, I make a bold prediction. William was a host the entire season and Ford likely put the port somewhere else on his body. My theory is that after entering the Forge, William was grabbed by the drones and his control unit was swapped with Ford’s and the injured body was left outside for QA to find. What we see in the end credit scene is likely a hellish loop Ford reserved for him for the time being.
