In a small Texas town where high school football is treated like a religion, a backup quarterback suddenly finds himself carrying the expectations of an entire community. But the closer he gets to the center of the program, the more he begins questioning the coach, the pressure, and just how much everyone is willing to sacrifice to win. It’s part sports movie, part teen comedy, and pure late 90s MTV energy.
