Short Circuit (1986)

When a military robot named Number 5 (voiced by Tim Blaney) is struck by lightning, it gains human-like consciousness and escapes from its creators, believing itself to be alive. Return to Oz (1985)

Dorothy discovers she is back in the land of Oz, and finds the yellow brick road is now a pile of rubble, and the Emerald City is in ruins.
