Is the “General” Arnold?

I’m sure this must have been mentioned, but Teddy, when recalling the version of his memory where he and Wyatt rebelled against their fellow Union soldiers, says at the end of the slaughter Wyatt killed the general.

If Dolores is Wyatt, is the general she kills Arnold?

Other questions:

Is this Dolores’s third awakening?

* The first led to the massacre 34 years ago
* The second was with William 30 years ago
* The third is present day

Did Arnold want Dolores to kill him for some reason?

* To help destroy the park?
* To help Dolores finish her awakening? (pain, like Maeve’s, may be the trigger)

Will the regular staff find Bernard? And if they do, will this realization he is a Host cause a panic? (Who else among them are Hosts?)

Why does Ford keep Dolores around if she killed Arnold? Seems like killing a human would be a retiring event for a Host.

What is the elegant code Maeve and Bernard found inside their brains? Arnold’s? It seems to hold some special value. Or is it just to show Arnold was a better programmer than Ford?

If the elegant code in Bernard’s brain is Arnold’s code, does it mean that Arnold actually created Bernard (or at least his core brain)? And Ford basically just finished him up and woke him up?

If the pain Man-in-Black caused by killing of Maeve’s daughter made her truly alive, was his assault on Dolores at the beginning of episode 1 an attempt to make her truly alive?

How will Dolores react when she realizes the old and evil Man-in-Black was the young William she fell in love with? Can you imagine waking up and finding your lover has aged 30 years?

How in the heck are they going to create a 2nd season? Any ideas? Westworld (the game environment) will seem too small to hold any more big ideas.

(I think I look forward to the Finale tomorrow more than I think I have Christmas in a long time)
