So when Ford shows Benard the pic of Arnold we just assume it’s the other guy in the photo which turns out to be Ford’s robot dad.
What if Arnold is the human form of Ford and the Ford that is showing the pic to Benard is a robot that somehow imprisoned the real Arnold in the maze and took over the park?
This would explain a lot like how Ford can control the world with simple jesters and he would be the 5th robot in the scene with the family.
Tin foil, but it would explain the pic.
