Arnold Killed Himself

Ford mentions that Arnold killed himself in the park. We also know that Dolores killed Arnold. So what if Arnold created a scenario(the incident) in which everyone gets wiped out (Hosts, programmers and lastly himself). Motive could be to shutdown Westworld forever. In this scenario Dolores would be the last one surviving and would be told to shoot herself in the head after killing everyone. Maybe she stopped herself (human moment) and couldn’t do it. This would also make her the oldest host in the park because she is the only one that survived the Arnold purge.
