Bernard Is Not Arnold (Maybe)

Greetings gang,

Some thoughts-

A) Bernard’s one-on-ones with Dolores have likely been explained. He was created around the same time to nurture development. We aren’t necessarily looking at Arnold in the past and Bernard in the present like had been proposed previously. The nature of the discussion makes it seem more probable that Arnold was using Bernard to send hosts toward the maze.

B) Ford’s photo seems to be missing a character, but watching Bernard cover his tracks and wipe himself from surveillance video means anyone could have been removed in the same manner. This doesn’t necessarily have to be a “cabin door” situation.

C) It doesn’t make sense to me that Ford would get rid of Arnold and then replace him with an identical host but change his name. He’s shown he could potentially pull this off seamlessly.

Anyway, keep up the good work on this very enjoyable podcast.
