You guys mentioned that Caleb’s implant wasn’t unique and more than likely something many people of his day had installed (is that the right term?) But at the beginning of ep 4 we see Maeve access it via her abilities to help him when he was near death.

I know this is AFTER he is chosen by Delores as a unique individual, but this also happens BEFORE he is infected and before the birth of his daughter. So he may be unique for two reasons, Delores’ reason and now for the ability to be resistant to infection.

I’m wondering if perhaps Maeve controlling his implant has in some way left a ‘ghost in the machine’ and possibly turned him into an antivirus?

I know this is probably not a unique idea, but would have hated to be thinking about it and not write in just once!
