Lots of Questions About the Season So Far.

Hi,

Maybe you can guys can provide me answers to some of this stuff that is really stumping me. They are from the whole season but some apply to this newest episode. Can’t tell if laziness or just missing something.

Why Delores need to explain to Caleb, who is ex-military how a grenade launcher works? How does she know? She was a farm girl less than a year ago. This same thing happens with the drone/sniper rifle combo later.

Why did Sirroc’s men get out of their bullet proof car to have a shootout with Delores, who is standing in the middle of the road, instead of just running them over?

Why did Delores not seem hurt by bullets this time but she almost died from a gunshot wound when Caleb first found her?

Why are the controls for the big ai that controls the whole world in what appears to be in the lobby of the building?

Why would any one person be allowed to turn off the system if it has such massive repercussions. Certainly it should require approval from multiple people?

The whole system in the world seems stupid. Why is blood the new identifier if it can be so easily stolen and injected into someone else. When Caleb went to the bank the lady scanned his biometrics but the actual guy’s picture didn’t even come up. So they have blood records but they don’t even know what their customers look like?

If the ai is able to predict things, why are the hosts exempt from that? I mean maybe it can’t predict them directly but wouldn’t Ford and Arnold have had their future as guys who makes world ending robots predicted and put in the outlier camp?

So Delores makes a body like the samurai guy, puts her brain in it, then in the 6 months or whatever she is in the real world before the season starts becomes a boss in the Yakuza? How? Isn’t that too quick for someone totally unknown to rise up in the mob?

Who repaired Charlores after the car bomb? She looks like new.

William says his biggest regret is allowing the hosts to be built? There were hosts long before he even went to Westworld with Logan the first time.

Is Delores getting all her resources from a combination of the bank account of the guy from the first episode and what is essentially their amazon alexa app that she got has full control of somehow?

I don’t remember if Maeve could control hosts, and if so that’s a whole other question, but why didn’t she take control of that drone/rifle thing Delores was using against her? We saw her control those other guns earlier in the season so we know she can control tech in the outside world which itself is confusing.

I get Maeve being given what was essential admin rights on Westworld’s network but why can she now just control all technology? Why wouldn’t someone as smart as Delores give that same control to herself and all her host bodies?

How did Delores find out about Solomon and that secret base and all that?

It feels like Delores knows everything and can get whatever she wants without any explanation why she can do that. Did I miss something here?
