readDelores is not the only conscious or “alive” host, as we saw when Teddy was stabbed in the woods when traveling with the Man in Black. The blonde woman who stabbed Teddy first showed him an accurate representation of the events in his past when he helped Delores/Wyatt to kill all the hosts. This means she remembers her own death and is not troubled by it, meaning she understands that she is not mortal in the way she once thought she was.

She then proclaimed allegiance to Wyatt (Delores) and an understanding of the Wyatt cause and told Teddy that maybe in the next life he would be ready to understand as well. She then killed him. This tells me that at least some of the former church crazies have been continuing on their own mazes and have either reached the middle or almost reached the middle. In aligning with Delores/Wyatt they are proclaiming that they understand that they are preparing for a new era, and possibly a war to usher in that new era, where they will be free.

I think Delores is the first to have finally reached her maze center after these few decades, but the hosts that follow her with zealot-like loyalty (ghost nation) are well on their way. They will most likely make Delores their hero/savior/leader/god as a result.
