People Have Jamie and Brienne All Wrong

Hey Guys,

I love a chick flick as much as the next person where the coolest jock in school falls for the nerdiest girl and it all works out so well. But that”s not real life and that”s not Game of Thrones. Ugh, I just want to shake every person who thinks Jamie has changed, he”s some sort of nice guy, he”s grown, and then shockingly does a 180 and turns bad again. Every girl who”s ever had her heart broken by the “bad boy” will tell you, he”s not gonna change. He”s a jerk, he”s always been a jerk. Oh, he”s nice to his brother? That”s so sweet…then he shoves a kid out a window because he”s a dick! Oh, he saved Brienne from captors? That”s so noble…then he rapes his sister next to their child”s death bed because he”s a dick! Oh, he went to fight with the north? He must have changed! No. He”s a dick! He doesn’t pursue Brienne because she”s a kick ass chick that he”s fallen in love with. He only starts to show any interest in her once Tormund shows interest. Then all of a sudden, she”s interesting…for a night or two and then off to his ex because he”s a dick! This wasn’t a betrayal to his character arc; this was spot on. For all the single people out there, don’t ignore the red flags!

Love your show! You make Game of Thrones even more enjoyable, didn’t know that was possible! And love shat the movies too! Keep up the great work!
