The Meaning Behind Incite

Hello all,

A big shout out to Ashley. I feel she will bring much greater ‘insight’ to the podcast. With all the emphasis on names and what they’re hidden meaning can be, I haven’t seen anyone point out a very interesting thing about the name of the big bad Corporation Incite – to encourage or stir up (violent or unlawful behavior). As opposed to Insight – the capacity to gain an accurate and deep intuitive understanding of a person or thing. Everyone is pronouncing it as “insight” rather than “incite”. Also the RICO app, RICO stands for “Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. And covers everything from murder to mail fraud. The same app that Connells man uses to get the drugs for the (not so) lethal dose to take out Dolores. Coincidence? Not in this hyper-aware, AI-driven world. But what could it mean… Such fun listening to your podcast and trying not to fall all the way down the rabbit hole.

One the last thing, what’s with the ‘communion wafer’ sleep aid. Is it just an efficient way to administer the drug or is it something more nefarious. Nanites anyone?

Stay well.

Thanks for the shat out, Susan :). I personally believe you are spot on with the analysis of the names and the double meaning of Incite vs. Insight depending on the spelling. It will be really fun to see if this is a company that truly does give some type of insight into Dolores’ motives or if it incites her to just destroy us all. Please keep writing in!
