Westworld Bullets Have Controlled Velocity
Hey guys-
Playing catch up. Forgive me if this has previously been addressed.
I was just listening to the 105: Telegraph discussion on bullets and why Maeve is able to dig a full jacketed real bullet from her abdomen. Then I noticed today that discoverwestworld.com says munitions safety is based on velocity. I’ve attached a photo. This could explain why we see contact upon the clothing of The Man In Black when the hosts shoot him. Also why the hosts have bullet holes in their bodies during the game AND afterwards during clean up. Aaaaaannnddd why William gets rocked by the shot he takes in the streets of Sweetwater. Maybe they’ve dialed down the velocity even more in the intervening 30 years. My opinion: no squibs. No special guns. Just magic bullets that behave differently for guests and hosts. Maybe Wyatt’s gang found a way to fool the bullets…– Charlie

Did you catch the LeMat 1861?
We did, but it seemed to shoot a slug, not buckshot.
