Escalante’s Church in Three Timeframes

Watching Delores in area by the steeple top you can see the roof top of a building that was buried in area after whatever happened there in time she had a partial flashback about. The rooftop is clearly visible sticking out of dirt. I went back to episode 2 and watched where Ford meets his junior self and go to the area with the steeple top. There is a shot taken during scene which shows the ground with no building top exposed. Does this mean it is same area in 3 timelines?

35 years past: Dolores’ flashback is in town (multiple0
30 years past: Dolores and William in same town(1-8)
Present day: Ford and young robot self in same town
